Whole Wheat Flour has a textured, brownish appearance.
All the grain (bran, germ, and endosperm) is used and nothing is lost in the process of making the flour. This is in contrast to white, refined flours, which contain only the endosperm.
Whole wheat flour is more nutritious than refined white flour, especially in its fibre and protein content.
“Golden Temple” whole wheat flour is very authentic flour used in making most North Indian breads – roti (chappati), parantha, poori etc.
